Kuala Lumpur: Salman Khan, Prabhu Deva, Bipasha Basu and Badshaah are some of the Bollywood/Kollywood artistes participating in “Da Bangg The Tour 2017 Malaysia” happening on April 14 at Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre.
Malaysia is the first stop for these artistes before they fly off to Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia. Since the concert will not be staged in India, fans of Salman from the region, including India, are expected to come to Malaysia to watch the concert.
Tony Nagamaiah, the general manager of Malaysia Major Events, a division of Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau and an agency under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, said: “Tourists from India are expected to come to Malaysia for the concert, especially now that we have opened up eVisa. One of the ways to bridge countries is through music and films. Da Bangg is going to be huge, so better get the tickets soon.”
Organiser GSH Solutions is already calling it the “Biggest Bollywood concert in Malaysia” which will also feature artistes Tamannah, Manish Paul and Daisy Shah.
While the organiser said it will also have local talent, they have yet to announce the participating artistes.
Datuk Jasbeer Singh, director of GHC, said: “We are optimistic we will break concert records with Da Bangg.”
Tickets are priced at RM2,222, RM999, RM777, RM555, RM333 and RM111.
All ticket prices are exclusive of RM3 processing fee and available online at www.AirAsiaRedtix.com, Rock Corner and Victoria Music Station.
